I’ve been working really hard lately on a bunch of different projects. First off the Blizzard has been cooking up some new songs and the ideas are flowing steadily. We’ve begun writing and rehearsing in Chris’s living room and I think the change of atmosphere and wide open space is inspiring.
I’ve also been doing some fill in work with some bands. Most recently I played with Old Jack at the Fleetwood Mac Cover-Up and had a great time. I really enjoyed being in my favorite Boston band for a gig and all the members are very cool to work with. In addition to all of this I’m also part of a pickup band performing an array of music set to choreographed dancers.
I can’t remember a busier time but it’s invigorating and refreshing after all these years of playing.
